Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Attendant at Scrub Brothers Car Wash, your main purpose is to support the Managing Partner and management of the car wash by executing company objectives and standards in the operation of the car wash while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Give customers the best car wash experience by recommending the best wash or club package.
• Show off your loading skills by following company guidelines to provide customers with the best wash experience in the car wash tunnel.
• Keep the vacuum lot spick and span by following lot guidelines and ensuring the property remains clean at all times.
• Execute opening and closing processes.
• Keep the car wash clean and organized.
• Be ready to take on any challenge that comes your way. Any and all other responsibilities assigned by the management team.

Experience and Skill Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills. We want every customer to leave with a smile!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. We know you're busy, but we're flexible!
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, and carry heavy items.
• Ability to work in outside weather elements such as cold, heat, and precipitation. We don't stop for a little rain or snow!
