Customer Service Representative

Full time Customer Service opportunity! The Dumpster Depot is seeking a full time employee to provide exceptional customer service. This person is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Manage large amount of incoming calls while entering data into custom software program

Maintain trusting relationship with companies, employees and customers

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Detail-orientated, organized, consistent, dependable and honest

Enthusiastic about learning new skills/ability to learn custom software

Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening in a professional manner

Solid office & administration experience using Microsoft Office programs

***Must be able to work 1 to 2 Saturdays a month (7am-1pm) once familiar with the position***
