What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with every interaction.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and provide personalized banking solutions.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to meet financial needs.
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital banking tools.

New Account Services

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Assist customers with account documentation and compliance requirements.
• Recommend products and services that support customers' financial goals.
• Ensure all account records are accurate and compliant with banking regulations.

Teller Operations

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and cash advances.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain an accurate cash position.
• Handle transactions efficiently while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.

Bookkeeping & Operations

• Perform daily balancing and reconciliation activities.
• Process account maintenance and operational paperwork.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support branch recordkeeping and reporting functions.
• Assist with audits and regulatory compliance requirements.

What We're Looking ForQualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking, bookkeeping, cash-handling, or customer service experience preferred but not neccesary.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency with computers and financial software systems.
• Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
