Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and committed full-time Customer Service Representative to help transform the lives of families.

While customer service experience is beneficial, we also offer training to ensure all our team members gain a mastery of their role.

How will you contribute?

As an integral part of our team, you will be the frontline voice of Greenspan to Australian clients. You'll resolve customer issues with care and efficiency, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You'll take ownership of customer problems, find practical solutions, and ensure clients feel supported every step of their journey with us.
