We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Broussard, Louisiana. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering responsive, high-quality customer support.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for technical customer inquiries while working closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations.

You will:

• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and Salesforce
• Manage customer cases from initial inquiry through resolution
• Coordinate warranty evaluations, RMAs, repair orders, and replacement parts
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Monitor open cases and provide customers with timely updates
• Maintain accurate case documentation, reports, and supporting records
• Support technical reviews and follow-up activities
• Occasionally travel to support customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience managing customer service or technical support cases
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and follow-up capabilities
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments
• Comfortable working with CRM and business systems
• Salesforce experience is an asset
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, industrial equipment, MRO, or another technical environment is an asset
