What they need
Job Title: Entry-Level Customer Service Representative
Location: Leeds
Some people are naturally good with people.
If you instinctively know how to put others at ease, listen attentively, and explain things clearly, you already have the most important skills for this role. We are looking for someone down-to-earth and approachable to join our Leeds team and make our customers feel supported, heard, and valued.
Customers Come First
This role is built entirely around one core principle: making every customer interaction a good one.
Your main focus will be engaging with customers face-to-face, taking the time to understand their requirements, and guiding them through the right brand, product, or service options. While customer acquisition and introducing promotions are part of the role, we approach sales simply by offering honest, helpful information that genuinely fits the customer.
What Good Customer Service Looks Like Here
Here is how you will make a real difference day-to-day:
- Listening before responding: Truly understanding what the customer needs first.
- Asking the right questions: Helping customers clarify what they are looking for.
- Explaining information clearly: Breaking down options in simple, straightforward language.
- Being patient: Giving people the time they need to make comfortable decisions.
- Finding suitable solutions: Matching customers with options that genuinely suit them.
- Handling questions professionally: Staying calm, informative, and reassuring throughout.
- Keeping a positive attitude: Bringing warm, welcoming energy to every interaction.
- Knowing when to ask for support: Leaning on your team whenever you need help.
- Leaving a great impression: Ensuring every customer walks away feeling well taken care of.
The Qualities We Value
Personality matters far more to us than a long CV. We value:
- Empathy and active listening
- Patience and clear communication
- Problem-solving and reliability
- Professionalism and emotional awareness
- Calmness under pressure
Previous customer service experience isn't essential. If you have the right natural communication skills, we will teach you the rest.
We’ll Help You Build Confidence
From your first week, our training structure builds your knowledge step-by-step. You will receive thorough guidance on product details, practice customer conversations, learn how to handle common questions, and benefit from regular one-to-one coaching.
