Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $19–$22/hour

Koetting Insurance is looking for a dependable, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Germantown, IL. We are looking for someone who communicates well, is comfortable with technology, takes initiative, and wants to grow into a long-term role with our agency.

Insurance experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. More important to us is finding someone who is dependable, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with customers and technology.

What You'll Do

A major focus of this position will be learning and utilizing the technology that helps operate our agency, including our Agency Management System, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, website, social media.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Responding to client emails and requests
• Entering and maintaining accurate information in our agency systems
• Preparing documents, applications, letters, and other client correspondence
• Assisting with social media and agency marketing
• Learning our insurance products, processes, and systems
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow
