Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor and manage multi-line phone systems to direct calls efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information
• Manage office operations including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills
• Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, proofing documents, and handling correspondence with attention to detail
• Assist with clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, proofreading communications, and maintaining accurate filing systems
• Support office management activities including inventory control, supply ordering, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment
• Provide information about insurance products and services

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service roles or administrative support within an office setting
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
• Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, typing accurately, and handling multi-line phone systems
• Must be licensed or willing to get licensed.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
