Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with orders and product inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable support on our embroidery thread lines and related products
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
