Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls, processing eCommerce, EDI, and manual orders, and resolve order related issues. All interactions are expected to be handled in a courteous, consistent, and professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

• Processing orders in an accurate and efficient manner in our POS system
• Answering calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring that customers are satisfied.
• Resolving and providing solutions to any issues that arise.
• Maintaining a positive, professional demeanor always.
• Audit orders placed online or via email, fax, or phone for accuracy.
• Informing customers of unit price, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information required by the customer.
• Research product information for customer questions
• Arranging merchandise pickups for customers with the warehouse.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s products and promotions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Must be proficient in the Office suite
• Must have excellent communicate skills
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Must be detailed oriented, well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
