Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Type detailed notes and documentation of customer interactions in the system
• Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to improve client services and customer support processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions.
• Proficient typing skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
