About the role

Provide excellent customer experience to US mortgage clients, support customers with financial and homeownership goals, collaborate with diverse teams and global leaders, and be part of a pioneering and fast-growing mortgage operations team.

Office Location: 3F BPOSeats, Metro Alabang Town Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift Monday-Friday (On-site)

Fixed Weekends Off

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience to US mortgage clients
• Support customers with financial and homeownership goals
• Collaborate with diverse teams and global leaders

About you

• Educational Requirement: College Level, College Undergraduates or Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Must have two years of BPO experience handling any of the following: Property Insurance, Home Insurance, Collections and Payment Processing, Home Insurance or Mortgage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift
• Candidates without Insurance or Mortgage experience are welcome to apply, provided they have at least 3 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
• Experience in billing or financial accounts (nice-to-have)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (nice-to-have)
