What they need
Support customers with inquiries, orders, and service issues by providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance that improves the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist with order tracking, service requests, returns, and refunds.
- Document and resolve customer complaints and support issues.
- Escalate complex cases and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
- Share recurring customer feedback and help improve support processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Patience, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office software; experience with CRM or support systems is a plus.
- Chinese/Spanish are Preferred Qualifications。
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
