We are seeking a friendly, dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this position, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. We are looking for someone who is a team player and is committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Looking to fill a part-time, flexible position, with the possibility to changing to full-time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phones, taking payments, and assisting walk-in clients
• Answer customer questions regarding policies, billing, coverage, payments, and policy changes.
• Support office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and assisting with clerical duties.
• Assist with new business applications and follow up on outstanding information or documentation
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products or refer customers to agents.
