Our Client, is recognized as a trusted partner in the credit management industry, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional call centre environment.
• Communicate with customers to explain outstanding balances and provide a clear breakdown of amounts payable.
• Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment and achieve collection targets on behalf of banks, telecommunications companies, and commercial clients.
• Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements and payment schedules with customers where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and improve collection outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines during all collection activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Nitec and above

• Working Days/Hours        : 5 days

Salary: Gross $3000 higher (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
