Customer Service Representative

Triv is one of the largest and oldest Cryptocurrency exchanges in Indonesia since 2015.

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Surabaya office to provide excellent customer support, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Worry not—we offer competitive compensation and attractive benefits for our hardworking team!

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, or social media
• Identifying customer needs and recommend suitable services.
• Staying updated on products, features, and system updates
• Coordinating with the team to resolve complex issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
• Good typing and computer skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented, patient, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and handle complaints professionally
• Knowledge of the crypto industry is an advantage
• Able to work in a WFO (Work From Office) system in Tambak Bening, Surabaya
• Able to work on following shift schedule:
  Monday - Friday: 16.00 - 00.00, Saturday: 09.00 - 15.00, Sunday: OFF
