Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers. This role handles customer inquiries, order processing, shipment coordination, and required documentation while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily operations. The CSR plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, timely service, and smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Enter orders and maintain accurate records
• Create and manage jobs in Service Fusion
• Assist with quotes and job setup
• Prepare and submit invoices and credit memos to customer AP
• Process customer applications and onboarding
• Generate BOLs, manifests, SDS, and required documents
• Provide standard customer updates
• Maintain filing and documentation
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Ensure accuracy across systems (SF, QB, Access)
• Maintain customer account details (pricing, contracts, records)
• Track tanks, assets, and inventory
• Monitor order progress and follow up on delays
• Coordinate with operations to ensure order completion
• Review invoices and credit memos for accuracy
• Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Detail oriented with basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
