Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives

to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage customer orders, invoices, and daily follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and process invoices and customer orders

  accurately and on time.

• Contact customers and follow up on their orders.

• Conduct daily follow-ups with customers to ensure their requests and orders are handled properly.

• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required timelines.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and relevant teams

  when needed.

• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer orders and related activities.

• Address customer inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
