Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Process orders, warranty, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes and products.
• Other duties and job functions may be assigned to the Employee from time to time by the Company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Able to communicate and speak in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.
