Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including response and resolution times.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
