You will be the first helpful voice for routine questions, appointment updates and service requests. The job is straightforward but important: listen carefully, document accurately and follow an issue through instead of passing it around.

What customers will count on

In practical terms: Answer inbound calls and written inquiries with a friendly, professional tone; Confirm customer details, update records and explain the next step in plain language; Schedule or adjust appointments within established guidelines; Route complex issues to the right colleague and track them until closure; Notice repeat questions and suggest clearer scripts or instructions.

What makes the day go well

You communicate clearly in English, can type while listening and stay composed when several requests arrive together. Previous customer service experience is helpful, but retail, hospitality, reception or community-facing work can be just as relevant. Spanish fluency is valued when it helps serve local customers, but it is not required for this opening.
