STAFFLUENCE RESOURCES INC (SRI) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be assigned in Greenlee Compound, Pasig.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Stay updated on product knowledge
- Defuse irate customers
- Create lasting relationships
- Update customer service database
About you
- College level (graduate/undergraduate)
- Computer literate
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in customer service
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Good follow up and coordination skills
- Good attention to detail
- Willing to start ASAP
- Preferably residing in Pasig, Marikina, Cainta, or Antipolo
