Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

• Must maintain knowledge of most of the company's products.
• Answer customer phone calls and assist customers in a courteous manner.
• Assist all walk-in customers.
• Create sales orders and invoices in a timely manner.
• Resolve Customer complaints in a courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule and availability to work Saturdays.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience using Sage 100/MAS 90 preferred, but not required.
• Data entry experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in daily work.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and resolve routine work-related issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type at an average/fast speed (35–40+ WPM).
• Ability to follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks within required timeframes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer and internal communication.

Requirements:

• Guam Drivers License PREFERRED
• Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Saturday: 8AM - 12 NOON

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.25 - $12.00 per hour
