Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call and engage clients through phone conversations.
- Communicate clearly and confidently to present company offerings.
- Carry professional conversations and maintain client interest.
- Document client interactions and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Communication or related course.
- Open to fresh graduates; at least 1 year of BPO or sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to carry conversations and build rapport over the phone.
- Customer service orientation and willingness to learn.
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
