Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process customer requests, concerns, and issues through effective communication skills, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize CSE (Customer Service Excellence) training to handle complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Centre environment.
- Proficiency in handling inbound voice processes for international calling.
- Strong knowledge of CSE principles for excellent customer interaction.
