Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are a multi-million dollar plumbing company in the Wichita area. We focus primarily on residential service plumbing issues. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers calling the plumbing company. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, addressing customer questions, and ensuring accurate communication between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to effectively multitask, prioritize competing responsibilities, and demonstrate strong computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn and navigate scheduling, dispatching, and customer management software while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
