Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

• Answer questions and provide accurate AT&T product and service information
• Deliver a genuinely great customer experience in every interaction
• Build relationships through friendly, professional communication
• Identify what a customer actually needs and recommend the right fit
• Keep accurate, organized customer records
• Work with your team to hit shared goals
• Represent the Verizon brand with professionalism and integrity
