Role and Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Be the primary point of contact for the Customer and Outside Sales Rep for order placement and coordination with facility production group on daily basis by various means of communication.

· Develop strong internal working relationships with production team, design and shipping to support and promote efficient, timely and accurate response to Customer expectations.

· Process orders and new items received from Customers and Sales Reps using HRMS system.

· Enter information into estimating system and request product quotes, as applicable, to provide job costing to management for analysis and pricing.

· Track orders, initiate changes and expedite orders per Customer or Sales Rep requests and communicate appropriately.

· Initiate outside manufacturing orders, as appropriate, communicating all necessary details and handling follow-up as required.

· Address Customer complaints and questions seeking aid from sales and management as necessary.

· Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of work including product pricing for invoicing.

· Maintain organized customer files.

· Manage on hand inventory levels and reconciles to Customer orders, forecasts and just in time schedules, this includes taking physical inventory at month end.

· Purchase of printing plates and tooling when required.

· Issue truck list and request shipping appointments for completed orders.

· And any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

· Able to lift 25 lbs.

· Work hours 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday - Friday, with an hour lunch and 2(two) 10-minute breaks.

· Be able to read a tape measure (down to 1/16th of an inch)

· Be able read and understand work instructions in English, bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage.

· Strong active listening and evaluating skills.

· Analytical skills with ability to handle detail-oriented tasks and review multiple documents and reports.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· 3 Years Plus of Customer Service Experience

· College Degree Preferred.

Preferred Skills

· Experience working in the Corrugated Manufacturing Industry.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Strong working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Ability to learn and become proficient in GEN2/HRMS computer operating system.

· This is a non-exempt position paid by the hour. Non-Union.

· Bilingual/Spanish a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
