Location: Avelux Body and wellness – Woodbridge, VA

We are a growing wellness and skincare clinic seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Patient Coordinator/Sales Associate to join our team.

Schedule:

• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients
• Answer calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings
• Conduct basic consultations and recommend services
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
• Assist with client check-out and rebooking
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence recommending services
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using booking systems and responding to leads

Bonus (not required):

• Experience in a spa, med spa, or wellness setting
