Are you friendly, organized, and good at helping people? Happy’s Appliances & Mattress Outlet is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help customers get answers, resolve concerns, and have a positive experience with our team.

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm when things get busy, and follows through until the job is done.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions and messages.
• Assist customers with order updates, delivery questions, and general product inquiries.
• Help customers navigate service and warranty questions.
• Listen to concerns, work toward solutions, and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with our sales, delivery, warehouse, and management teams.
• Keep accurate notes on customer conversations and follow-up needs.
• Follow up with customers to make sure their questions and concerns are addressed.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
• Patience and professionalism when handling customer concerns.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort using computers, entering information, and learning new software.
• Dependability and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous customer service, retail, or office experience preferred.
• Appliance industry experience is a plus.
