Customer Service / Sales Representative

Cohen & Dunn, a commercial collection agency, is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team. This position is a combination of client service, sales development, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing clients to maintain relationships, provide assistance, and identify additional opportunities.
• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and effectively explain our commercial collection services.
• Handle inbound calls from existing clients and provide professional, timely assistance.
• Make outbound business-development calls to prospective clients to generate new accounts.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information and communicate relevant information to management.
• Assist management and other team members with general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Represent Cohen & Dunn in a professional, courteous, and results-oriented manner.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is confident communicating by phone, professional, personable, organized, and comfortable with both customer service and outbound sales. Previous experience in sales, customer service, collections, account management, or business-to-business calling is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
