What they need
WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – US HEALTHCARE
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Full-Time | Onsite
Shift: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM PKT | Monday–Friday
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 90,000
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from patients/customers
- Route calls to relevant departments
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Manage and confirm appointments
- Make outbound follow-up calls
- Patient engagement & upselling
- Maintain call logs and documentation
- Follow call etiquette and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking is MUST
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Prior US customer service / US BPO experience preferred
- Healthcare BPO experience is a plus, but NOT mandatory
- Inbound & outbound calling experience required
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Basic computer, CRM and data-entry skills
