📍 Location: Rochester, NY – On-site

💰 Pay Rate: $29–$32/hr.

⏳ Contract: 4–6 months

🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00/7:15 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and internal teams for a manufacturing operation producing and supporting specialized industrial and electronic products.

The facility works with products including:

• Revenue meters and electrical measurement equipment for power plants
• Transient and fault recorders
• Process instruments used in food and temperature-control applications
• Alarm management systems for power plants
• CNC and metal shop operations
• PCB assembly and other electronic products
• Industrial switch products used in trucks, forklifts, and other applications

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product quotes and inquiries
• Enter and process customer orders
• Support billing-related activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Provide day-to-day customer service and order support

Work Environment

The facility has approximately 80 employees. Training will be conducted in person . Once fully trained, there may be an opportunity for 1–2 remote days per week , depending on business needs.
