What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer support via written and verbal communication in English
• Assist a growing customer base of 30,000+ clients with professionalism and empathy
• Offer solutions oriented service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Shifts & Work Schedule

We operate a rotating shift pattern:

Monday to Friday:

• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM PST
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM PST
• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Midnight

Weekend Policy: Work 1 Saturday in every 4 weeks, with a day off the following week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
