Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our store - assisting customers, making product recommendations, closing sales, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email or chat.
• Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
• Close sales by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Perform data entry to maintain accurate records of sales, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service and increase sales.
• Uphold store standards for communication, conduct, and appearance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work well under pressure. This is a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn product features and repair basics.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
