Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments
• Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure resolution
• Promote a positive company image through courteous service

Requirements:

• HND in any discipline
• 1 year of experience in customer service (fresh graduates can apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good listening, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
