What they need
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery commitments, urgent requests, and complaint resolution.
- Manage sourcing and purchasing activities, including raw materials, subcontractor parts, and treatment services, while ensuring cost effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Order Confirmations, and purchasing records according to company procedures.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, Planning, Engineering, Accounts, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and material flow.
- Monitor customer POs, planning requests, material availability, subcontractor progress, packing, and shipment status.
- Prepare shipping documentation, arrange shipments, communicate shipment details, and update the PO tracking system.
- Maintain and update purchasing, inventory, and accounting systems, including material invoices, delivery orders, and mill certificates.
- Support the selection and documentation of new vendors and monitor supplier performance.
- Prepare On-Time Delivery (OTD) analysis for vendors and customers in accordance with company KPI and quality objectives.
- Coach, train, and support Junior CSR staff to improve their performance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
