Customer Service Representative

MONDAY - FRIDAY | 9:00AM - 4:00PM.

SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Schedule and coordinate appliance repair appointments with efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues & inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Problem-solving prowess to handle various appliance-related queries.
• Organized and detail-oriented for effective appointment scheduling.
• Ability to collaborate with a dynamic team and multitask effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• must be aware of Auckland-wide areas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
