What they need
receive and send emails to customers providing them with accurate status updates on their loads
request North Bound and South Bound planning resources to achieve on time dispatch orders
enter loads and its complete paperwork into Prophesy
monitor and track trucks/trailers through GPS system/Samsara
ensure that all loads are entered correctly and on a timely manner (ex. origin, destination, time of pick up, time of delivery)
relay all necessary information to Operations Department
resolve any issues pertaining to loads
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
