Pay & Growth Opportunities:

• Starting Pay: $15/hour
• Raise Opportunity: Performance-based raises after 6 months
• Experienced Pay: Higher starting pay available for candidates with 1+ years of liquor store experience or retail experience

Position Overview:

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll be the friendly face of our store. From greeting customers and making product recommendations to ensuring smooth checkouts, you’ll help create a positive shopping experience. You’ll also pitch in with restocking and keeping the store organized.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome Customers: Greet and interact with shoppers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support the Team: Work together to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Build Connections: Assist customers with purchases and product questions.
• Run the Register: Operate the POS system accurately and confidently.
• Keep It Tidy: Restock shelves and maintain a clean, inviting store.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours a day.
• Comfortable lifting light items (10–15 lbs) regularly.
