Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Agent is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in delivering a smooth experience from signed agreement to completed fulfillment. This role answers incoming phone calls, onboards new deals, and handles fulfillment tasks for client accounts. The goal is to make sure every client feels supported and informed at each stage of their service.

Key responsibilities include answering and routing incoming calls with a professional and friendly approach, onboarding new clients by gathering account details and setting up their services, and completing fulfillment tasks accurately and on schedule. The Customer Service Agent maintains organized client records, documents every interaction, follows up on open requests, and works closely with the team to resolve issues quickly. This role also flags recurring client questions or process gaps so the team can keep improving the service experience.

Success in this role requires a warm and confident phone presence, strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and eager to solve problems. They are genuinely committed to making every client feel valued while keeping the work moving smoothly behind the scenes.
