Customer Service Representative

Cenvet is a leading distributor of animal health care products to the veterinary industry. We have an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, located in Kings Park, NSW.

Duties:

• Processing customer telephone orders;
• Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;
• Calling customers to build strong relationships and increase sales potential;
• Provide ad hoc admin support to the sales team.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous vet nursing or veterinary industry experience;
• Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary industry experience required;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Confident computer skills;
• Proficiency in Excel including basic formulas is essential;
• Conflict resolution capabilities;
• Australian work rights are required for this position;
