Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Gbagada Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Onsite Working Days: Mon–Fri Job Summary Our client is seeking a smart, professional, and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and company standards. Key Responsibilities * Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly. * Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. * Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers efficiently. * Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery. * Support customer retention initiatives through excellent service experience. * Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company image at all times. Requirements * Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline. * Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Industry knowledge will be an added advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills. * Smart, well-groomed, competent, and work-ready.
