Customer Service Representative

• Acts as the first point of contact, responds to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding shipments, transit times, and logistics-related concerns.
• Assists with booking shipments, prepares shipping documents, tracks and resolves issues related to delays, damages, or customs.
• Addresses and resolves customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensures timely solutions to shipping-related problems.
• Works closely with the operations and logistics teams to meet customer expectations and solve operational challenges.
• Provides accurate shipping quotes, explains rate structures, and break down costs including customs fees and service options.
• Can start ASAP
