Customer Service Representative

are looking for an outgoing, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our promotional events and customer engagement campaigns.

In this role, you will interact directly with customers at promotional events, represent our clients and their services, answer questions, provide product and service information, and help create a positive customer experience.

This is an in-person position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and being part of an energetic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent our company and clients professionally at promotional events and customer engagement campaigns.
• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and current offers.
• Answer customer questions and assist with general inquiries.
• Help customers understand available products and service options.
• Assist with customer registrations, account setup, or promotional enrollment when applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve basic customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout each event.
• Work closely with team members and event managers to meet daily campaign objectives.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and campaign updates.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming promotional event area.
