Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
The Customer Service agent works in an office setting where he/she is responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks. The ideal candidate is able to quickly and efficiently handle telephone, email, and in-office requests in addition to scheduled weekly administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience.
• Previous work experience in an office setting is required.
• Computer experience in an Apple/Mac office environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment with a focus on teamwork.
• Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is advantageous.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in his/her daily work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
