Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements

Prior experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within an agency or office environment.

Solid proficiency with office software, including email, word processing, and database management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain coverage details.

High attention to detail when managing sensitive documents and client data.

Ability to obtain or current possession of a Colorado Property/Casualty & life insurance license.

A warm, patient demeanor that helps people feel heard and supported.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly as they walk through our Greeley office doors or call in for assistance.

Address client inquiries regarding their current policies with accuracy and care.

Process payments, update account information, and handle administrative requests with precision.

Work closely with our agents to prepare documents for upcoming policy renewals or reviews.

Assist in troubleshooting billing issues or coverage questions to ensure peace of mind for our families.

Maintain organized office records and ensure every interaction leaves the client feeling valued.
