Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to process customer purchase orders, handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role also requires hands-on experience researching and resolving accounts receivable (A/R) deductions. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow complex issues through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, enter, and process customer purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Verify items, quantities, pricing, and requested delivery dates, and promptly address discrepancies.
• Research and resolve A/R deductions, short payments, pricing discrepancies, and other payment disputes.
• Respond to a variety of customer inquiries, provide order updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, accounting, and operations to resolve customer issues and prevent them from recurring.
• Use Excel and data mining skills to track issues, identify trends, and support forecasting.
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear written updates to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Significant customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
• Demonstrated experience with A/R deduction research and resolution
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an exceptional sense of urgency.
• Experience processing customer purchase orders.
• · Strong Excel, analytical, data mining, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
