Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Evenings & Weekends)

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to incoming emails or direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain and update customer information in our operating system.
• Support overall office operations and help ensure system accuracy and integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.

Schedule

• Primarily afternoon/evening hours and weekends.
• Flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
