Customer Service Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receives, answering phone chat inquiries on a professional manner.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Monitor Gree website, Gree Facebook page, Gree emails, and Gree-Unitech related Customer Service Channels for checking and monitoring any concerns or complaints.

· Communicating with customers through various channels.

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Processing requests/concerns of clients and communicating/coordinate to concern departments.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. (filings/ documentation purposes)

· Gives feedback to customers with regards to requests or complaints.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer/client service process.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.

· Daily log in of activities and to be checked daily by your immediate head. Update everything to monitoring log sheet.

· Escalate concern to immediate head if needed.

· May assist HR & Operations on the given tasks.

· Others may be directed by the immediate head.
